Vegas Days Gone By: The Man With The Golden Arm
The California casino and hotel downtown is reportedly quite popular with visitors from Hawaii; not sure how much of that is due to the fact that one of their own, in 1989, set a record for the longest roll at a craps table. You can read all about Stanley Fujitake's remarkable feat here, from two of the casino employees who witnessed it. John Scoblete, in his book The Virgin Kiss, questions which is the longest roll in term of the number of actual passes, but Fujitake's record still stands. Think you can beat it? The California is still open for business.
