Considering that The Stratosphere's ground-level C Bar already has a $19.99 daily bottomless happy hour, offering all the drafts, margaritas and martinis you can drink between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. .... Hmmm. That means you could polish one off and move right on the the other. Just don't drive.
