Today marks the 50th anniversary of one of the 20th century's epochal milestones: the release of Viva Las Vegas. To celebrate this cinematic ode to bright lights, fast cars, leggy redheads and swivelin' hips, we suggest taking in a free Elvis tribute show, and mid-week what better choice than Big Elvis, who's become a fixture at the Harrahs piano bar? Pete "Big Elvis" Vallee performs three shows on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, at 2pm, 3:30pm, and 5pm, and as far as Elvis tribute artists go, they don't come any bigger.
